About This Class

Today’s workout challenge is designed to burn belly fat and give you a slim waist.

Effective body-weight abdominal and core exercises are combined with lower body exercises to work your muscles and help you get the nice and attractive waist and hips you're looking for.

Remember that this is not a one-time workout. It's a 3-week workout program and you need to do it everyday for the next 21 days, even during the weekends, if you want to see results!
