Join fitness trainer Jake Dupree and class members Nikita Chaudry and Ellie Aviles for this 10-minute workout that uses Pilates-inspired movements that will burn out your core. It's a quick one, but you will get the most out of moves like bicycle crunches, V-sit holds, and Dupree's twist on planks. This workout is great for all levels, with modifications and advancements that will challenge you the whole time, no equipment necessary!
