Get into arm balances and inversions with this 60 min slow flow yoga class
By popular demand, here's my latest 60 minute Intermediate Vinaysa Flow class! This week we're focusing on strong standing poses to improve balance, stability and coordination.
You can expect to go through poses like eagle, dancer's pose, standing splits, standing pigeon and fun variations of three legged dog.
