Class members Mikayla Campbell and Poofy Moffitino are there to assist with modifications so you can keep up with the workout no matter where you are today. Joi will lead you through moves like single-leg hops, 180 turns, and diagonal shuffles. These moves focus on core strength and posture while also building up your mental focus. Keeping up the mind-body connection is one of the most important aspects of agility training! The best part is that this is all bodyweight, so you can press play no matter where you are.
