Hello beautiful mama-to-be. This practice is perfect for those of you who are or are wanting to get pregnant (beginner friendly!). Together we'll focus on increasing fertility, promoting egg heath, and regulating ovulation.
Join me as we cultivate wellness for our wombs! Today we begin with a gentle, beginner friendly yoga class that includes some simple postures that ancient yogis have traditionally used for women’s health, regulating ovulation, and balancing the nervous system. We then segway into a beautiful meditation to restore inner peace and harmony to your womb and whole body. Grab a cushion for the meditation if you have one, and let’s begin.
