Coach Tori leads today’s Bicep, Back & Core Workout through 3 rounds of 4 exercises. For today’s workout, you are going to need a hand weight - Dumbells work perfectly, but if you are just starting out, you can use our wrist weights, and if you don’t have any gear, use 2 X 1.5 litre water bottles, or some large canned food items. This is also a rep based workout. Try for 12-15 reps minimum of each exercise. As always, tell yourself something positive before you start, and find that edge of your comfort zone and push just a few steps beyond that line. Listen to Coach Tori for your form cues, and have a great workout.
