Try this 20 minute hatha yoga sequence to align and balance your chakras. Activate all seven chakras through these traditional hatha yoga postures for a strengthening and balancing start to your day!
Today we begin with a gentle guided visualization while in child’s pose. We continue with the visualization as we move through our warm-up... and then jump right into a long hold in chair pose to ground our root chakra. Next, we hold deep side stretches and tree pose on both sides of the body. We move this way through the remaining postures, one at a time and for a long hold in each posture. This is what I LOVE about hatha yoga - the postures are simple but powerful, both physically and energetically. What do you think? Don’t you just love this chakra practice??
