About This Class

This is one version of the morning routine yoga workout we do right after waking up. This includes elements of kinstretch/functional range conditioning (FRC) controlled articular rotations (CARs), stretching, energizing leg, core and upper body strength work as well as a moment of gratitude. It is changing slightly every couple of months but the key elements are always the same to wake up the body first thing before you get going.

We're Bre and Flo. Yes, those are our real names. We're RYT 500 Yoga Instructors that recently left our tiny home life in our RV when we quit our corporate tech jobs in the Silicon Valley and now we're embarking on a two year trip around the globe to teach yoga and explore different cultures. We publish weekly YouTube videos, share exclusive content in our Patreon Community, and we teach workshops, lectures, and retreats. 

We love yoga, coffee, traveling, photography, and life.
We believe that yoga is a beautiful healing system for health and happiness.

Through our social platforms, we share high quality movement classes for all levels, breathwork, guided meditations, daily mindfulness, yoga for bjj as well as yoga as a lifestyle off the mat. Yoga is an internal practice and you can practice yoga every waking hour of your day. It's truly everything that is because it adds purpose and awareness to your life.

Within our Breathe and Flow organization, we extend yoga beyond your rectangular mat and into your infinitely-spaced heart reminding you that unconditional love is always within and around you.

Teaching style:
In addition to teaching individually, Bre and Flo also teach co-lead vinyasa classes in an approachable but challenging flow with an emphasis on body control and strength building movements by utilization of the breath to carry their students through their practice. They encourage students to play with their edge, challenging the mind in strong movements and long holds while providing a safe, encouraging, and non-judgmental environment where each individual can achieve their full potential. 

Knowing that the body benefits from movement while the mind benefits from stillness, Bre and Flo share their philosophy of mental stillness through the fluidity of a strong practice.

Bre and Flo are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® holding certifications as RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and are also Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP). They are trained and certified in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, myofascial release therapy, reflexology massage, and reiki energy healing.

They are also certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are now teaching their retreats, workshops, masterclasses, and at festivals around the world specializing in handstands, arm balances, and power vinyasa yoga.
