Yoga & meditation teacher
This is a prenatal bedtime/nighttime yoga routine that is perfect and safe to do in all 3 trimesters. We're gonna target all the key areas of the body where you might be feeling some aches or pains and prepare for a restful sleep.
The only thing that you'll need in this class is your yoga mat and a blanket so make sure you have a blanket right nearby your mat and we'll use it later in the sequence and if you don't have a blanket you can use a big towel from your bathroom that will work perfectly.
