Twist and detox for a boost of energy with this 45 min vinyasa flow yoga class
Good morning yogis! This week I'm bringing you a 45 minute Yoga Flow class that focuses on reclined, seated and standing twists! Twists are some of my favorite poses to do as they bring a boost of energy, relieve aches and pains in the low back, stimulate healthy digestion and improve mobility of the spine.
Twists are often associated with detoxing and although that may sound like a bunch of nonsense, all that's really meant by this is that twists support the natural process of digestion and elimination by compression and decompressing the internal organs.
This is an intermediate level practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed! Enjoy!
