Welcome to Day 18 of the Evolve Yoga Challenge! This morning we have one mission: to feel incredible!!
In this routine, we’re going to do all my favorite moves! We’ll start in a tabletop position, making a couple of gentle circles as we just feel into our bodies and slow down the breath. Allow the circles to evolve into some juicy cat cows – remember that you can always do this move with fists on the ground to relieve any wrist tension. Then we’ll move into some seated twists. Visualize the chest opening like a flower blossoming between the collarbones! As we transition into sundials, you should start feeling incredibly good, setting yourself up for success before we get into our warrior and triangle poses. Take note throughout this entire practice today… what feels good in your body? Invite more of whatever that is into your flow!
