Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Jayen Wells who will be leading this 30-minute full-body workout joined by Adele Joven and Brandi Stoessel! In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warmup and work your way up to hamstring curls, transverse squats, planks, push-ups, skaters, mountain climbers, chess presses, and so much more. You’ll finish this routine with a rewarding cooldown during which you’ll be able to wind down and stretch it out. Prepare to sweat, smile, and challenge yourself with this routine. All you need is a set of medium or light weights to get started!
