About This Class

Join fitness trainer Rachel McClusky for a 30-minute cardio fusion workout joined by Paulyn Baens and Nikita Chaudhry. This full-body routine targets your lower body, core, and arms. You’ll work on moves like curtsy lunges, mountain climbers, tabletop leg lifts, and tricep extensions and leave feeling recharged. Be prepared to feel the full-body burn with unilateral work thrown into this routine. This workout includes cardio circuits with a focus on active recovery, rest periods throughout to stay connected with your intention, and more! Don’t stress if you lose your balance or need to give your arms a break — just get right back into it. All you need is a mat to get started!
