Get ready for a quick and effective workout with fitness trainer Jayen Wells, who will be leading this 10-minute strength circuit workout joined by Mikayla Campbell and Kinsey Diment! In this routine, you’ll work on a series of strength circuits including moves like deadlifts, lateral lunges, half-kneeling presses, and so much more. Be prepared to work on your upper and lower body while engaging your core and glute muscles. This routine is sure to target all the muscle groups! All you need are a set of dumbbells that feel most comfortable to you, a mat, and a towel to get started.
