This full body stretch yoga class was designed to help anyone trying to become more flexible, strong, and help get the muscles and bones more mobile, less tense, less tight, and less sore. This 30 minute deep stretch routine, combined with the breathing and poses in this complete free online yoga class, you can find a heated exercise that is great as a stand alone workout, or great to be combined with a walk, run, hike, cardio session or any form of exercising. The stretches in this healing flow can also help feel relief from pains, tensions, soreness, and tightness all over the body and offer a deep stretch routine that can be safely done daily.
