About This Class

This full body yoga class was designed with many self love principles intertwined within this 30 minute total body stretch routine for beginners. Echo will elaborate about these topics while we experience a juicy, full body yoga stretch session that can help unlock, relieve, or cure pain and tension throughout the body. Sometimes our bodies just need a little stretching to really unlock better health. Stretching, yoga, and other exercises in general have been proven to be beneficial for our bodies in many different ways, these at home workouts can help with pains, can make us happier, and can teach us new things about ourselves. The beginner stretches in this quick yoga stretch were curated to allow even beginners follow along, while still offering a great, total body workout! Join us as certified yoga instructor Echo Widmer guides us through this quick, total body, daily stretch workout.
