This nearly 30 minute deep, total body stretch routine may be the perfect accompaniment to a rigorous or intense weight training routine, cardio session, or any other exercise or workout. This quick, beginner level stretch yoga routine can also help us mentally be happier, deep breathing can help us become more aware, awake, and healthy, can leave us ready for anything the world can bring to us, and can even help relieve any pain, tension, tightness, or soreness you may be experiencing in your body.
