FULL BODY YOGA - Lower Body Power Yoga for Legs, Butt, & Thigh Strength

About This Class

This power yoga series starts off with a full body yoga flow that focuses on the lower body, and strengthening our legs, thighs, and butts. This 30 + minute total body stretch yoga can also offer yoga poses and stretches that can even heal pain in our hips and lower back as the lower body muscles and health can really effect pain and tension we may be experiencing. Stretching is a great way to get our bodies moving, strong, and flexible, and deep stretches in this full, free yoga class, combined with the safe to do at home yoga poses can really make this short yoga video a full workout! Join certified yoga instructor Jen Hilman as she guides us through this short, energizing, morning stretch flow.
