This full body yoga class will focus on balance, which helps become strong and flexible. Echo provides a beautiful introduction in which you can really find deep meaning that can accompany this quick, 20 minute full body stretch yoga flow. The stretches and poses in this total body deep stretch routine have been hand picked to help relieve any pain, tension, tightness, or soreness in the body, AND can help our bodies grow flexible, strong, and help us have more control of balance. Working out or exercising is important for a healthy lifestyle, and this gentle, but full body stretch routine can be the perfect accompaniment to a cardio or weight training session, and can even be used as a stand alone exercise routine.
