A full body yoga practice to strengthen, tone and stretch!
Hey yogis, this week's full length yoga class is a great sequence to build up strength and tone your entire body. Make sure you have two blocks because we'll be using them in some creative ways.
This is a great class to do when you want a bit of a workout from your yoga practice and ends with some juicy stretches to also increase flexibility. All around a great intermediate vinyasa flow class. Enjoy!
