This is very safe and suited to practice for all three trimesters especially as you come into the later stages of your pregnancy.
The slow start will release tension from your neck to your shoulders and open your hips and low back. After finishing this prenatal morning yoga routine you'll feel refreshed, relieved and ready for that awesome day ahead.
