This 15-minute hips and hamstrings exercise is a great add-on to incorporate into your daily yoga practice. Lead by Jessica Olie, this slower paced class focuses on stretching and lengthening poses specifically targeted at releasing any tension in the hip and hamstrings areas. Jessica offers her tips and modifications to ensure proper alignment and correct postures. This class is a great strengthening and prep practice for splits, inversions and hip-openers.
