Jacquelyn offers her tips and modifications for safely and strongly getting in and out of a range of wheel variation poses, such as one-legged wheel and drop backs. Heart-opening inversions are great for improving upper back and spinal flexibility, strengthening the buttocks, inner thighs, quads and hamstrings and will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed.
