Jacquelyn demonstrates her favorite lead-up stretches, tips and modifications to ensure a safe and strong splits practice. The full split, or hanumanasana, is a great pose for stretching the thighs, opening up the hip flexors, deepening body awareness and developing perseverance and patience in your yoga practice.
