This is a great technical introduction to Warrior 3 – a pose which helps to strengthen the shoulders, hamstrings, calves, ankles and back, tone the abdominal muscles and improve balance and posture. Andrew offers his tips and modifications to ensure a strong and steady Warrior 3 practice, with an emphasis on alignment and core and breath work.
