Our immune system is more important than ever so I designed this very simple Kundalini yoga class to help support it. In this class, we do a couple Kundalini exercises to stimulate the lymph nodes, which filter the body of toxins and help fight infections. We also practice a stimulating breathing exercise, which energizes the nadis of our subtle energy body. This Kundalini practice can be done daily and is for all levels.
