Join me for this intermediate level yoga flow! Today we'll be focusing on building strength in the legs and tone in the entire lower body.
Like a lot of modern yogis, I started out doing yoga for all the physical benefits. Don’t get me wrong, toned legs and abs are a super nice-to-have… but what keeps me coming to the mat these days goes so much deeper. (Like reprogramming my 30+ years of unconscious self-sabotage!!) The exciting part? We get it ALL in this week’s free class! We start out with some powerful intermediate level yoga for toning the lower body. Then we close the class with breath of fire, a mini meditation, and a sat nam chant — noticing the expansiveness and lightness of being that you've created for yourself.
