Welcome to our six day Kundalini Yoga series for beginners focused on weightloss, energy and vitality. This is the fifth day of our beginner yoga series on kundalini yoga, you don't need any yoga experience to do this you can even do this whole series sitting in a chair for the most part. This class is really geared towards people who've never done yoga before. Kundalini yoga can seem intimidating but it's actually one of the most accessible forms of yoga out there so which is why I'm so excited to share it with you in this series.
