Sat Nam and welcome to this 15-minute Kundalini kriya for LOVE! Get energized and promote your immune system with this beautiful heart and lung centered flow.
Today's class is really going to get some circulation moving through the chest, heart, and upper body. We'll start by tuning in and moving into a spinal flex to open the front and back gate of the heart. We'll also move into a heart supercharger pranayama — there's a fascial connection between the tongue and the heart, so make sure to really stick out the tongue on this one! Next, I'm going to have you create more space in the heart center and lungs with some side-body stretches as well as an energetic visualization. It's so important to give some attention to the heart and lungs right now as we move into flu season. I recommend preparing with lots of water, rest, and this class first thing in the morning!
