Join fitness trainer Katie Austin for a 15-minute low-impact cardio workout joined by Nikita Chaudhry and Paulyn Baens! In this routine, you’ll feel strong and sweaty without jumping. Remember to be kind to your joints! This routine is completely bodyweight and will challenge your endurance and balance. You’ll also focus on form to get the most out of these deceptively simple cardio moves. With plenty of progressions, you’ll be able to build up to a more challenging version of each move. All you need is a mat to get started!
