About This Class

Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Natalie White, who will be leading this 10-minute low-impact HIIT workout joined by Jai Jordan and A.J. Morales! In this routine, you'll start with a quick warmup that will get your body moving, then work your way into lunges, mountain climbers, crab walks, and so much more! This routine moves quickly and efficiently. Each exercise is 45 seconds with a 15-second rest. You'll be sure to target all your muscles with plenty of modifications and advancements in just 10 minutes. Find a space and grab a mat to get started!
