About This Class

Get three workouts in one with this 20-minute lower-body workout led by certified personal trainer Amanda Butler. Joining Butler in this quick and effective routine are class members Ellie Aviles and Paulyn Baens who've got you covered on modifications. This program features unilateral knee drives and toe taps that will really burn out those legs and glues, and adds in some deadlifts for balance. And don't forget the third element of cardio that makes this a sneaky sweaty one! Focus on your breath throughout to seal in the good energy with a surprise finisher.
