This 45 Minute class is designed to relieve headaches and relieve stress. Learn how to use props and bolsters to modify poses for pregnancy.

Bringing space and blood flow to the cervical spine can help to reduce headache pain-- learn how to modify poses like shoulder stand, butterfly, bridge and savasana for pregnancy. Kelsy is 35 weeks pregnant in this video.

This class is suitable for all trimesters, however first trimester mamas should be gentle with twisting motions.
