The whole online yoga class builds strength in your core, back, and legs while following a traditional kriya yoga practice. A kriya is like a prescribed practice with a specific set of exercises that are repeated for a few minutes at a time. It's nothing like vinyasa or hatha yoga and corresponds with the chakras and subtle body energy. So as we move through this practice, we are moving energy through both our physical and spiritual bodies.
