Welcome and good morning! Let's go through this all levels 20 minute yoga class to set the tone for the day ahead. This is a wonderful stretch you could do every day for flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation. No props are needed, just get into something comfy, unroll your mat and let's get started!
We'll go through poses like reclined butterfly, side plank, eagle, pigeon and high lunge prayer twist.
