This 30-Minute Morning Flow class, lead by Miki Ash is a great way to kick start your day, energize your mind and treat your body to a little TLC. Miki guides you through various asanas and soft stretches, while synchronizing your breath with these movements. This morning yoga practice stretches and strengthens the muscles, opens up the heart space, gets the body aligned and revitalizes the mind.
