It’s Day 17 of the Evolve Yoga Challenge! Today we have a beautiful gentle flow for tight and sore muscles in the neck and shoulders.
If your neck and shoulders have been killing you, you’re not alone! So many of us have tight, sore muscles in these areas because we’re constantly hunched over a phone, a keyboard, or a steering wheel. But this class is the antidote! We’ll start with some juicy shoulder rolls to get things moving. A lot of times it helps to really feel into the tension, so it’s okay to really squeeze at the top… then letting that release be massive. As we continue we’ll go through some side body and neck stretches, and really dig into the shoulder space with some eagle arms, before finally closing with some gentle half-moons.
