Stretch it out with this beginner-friendly 10 min morning yoga class, no props needed!
Good morning yogis! I've got an awesome yoga class for you this morning to help you slowly wake up your body and stretch all over. No props needed for this practice and it's suitable for beginners (all levels).
We'll begin with some seated stretches to open up the hamstrings and side of the waist before getting into some standing flows including Warrior 1 and some shoulder openers. There's a little bit of strength added in there as well before we close with a seated hip opener. Enjoy and REMEMBER, a little bit of yoga every day is much better than long sessions done every now and then. I hope you'll practice again with me tomorrow :)
