The stretches in this total body yoga sequence will focus on the neck, shoulders, and upper back areas, lending some poses and movements that can really change our neck, shoulder, and back health. Many of us slouch sitting at work for many hours, and this quick releasing stretch yoga may be the key to finding relief from any pains in the neck, shoulders, and back regions.
