Good morning yogis, thanks for joining me! Here's a 30 minute morning vinyasa flow practice great for all levels. No props needed! This class will be a blend of strengthening and stretching for the perfect start to your day.
At the end of the practice you'll feel energized and ready for the day ahead! Practicing yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to start your day with positivity and wellness. It will help you open up your hips and hamstrings, stretch the side body and build up a little bit of strength to give you energy for the day ahead. (Featuring my cat Kitkat!)
