Exercise everyday for 30 mins with these no jumping, no squat, no lunges body-weight cardio exercises that will guarantee to make you burn those stubborn fat and calories!

You can do this anytime of the day, anytime it’s convenient for you. But again, make sure to do this on a daily basis or at least 4x a week to make sure you’ll really see the effect!
