Each day is an inch in the journey, and in time the inches get easier, and eventually turn into feet and then miles. It won't be easy, but commit to the idea, write it down, and every day remind yourself again and again. Before you know it the results will give you momentum. And with momentum it begins to come with ease. And eventually you will be where you want to be.
