This Pilates 14 Day Challenge was created for anyone that is looking to gain more strength, tone the stomach, build a firmer butt, and who is ready to welcome the Summer with full force. I’ve carefully designed this challenge to help you achieve great results in just 14 days of fully committing to completing all the videos suggested as well as keeping a clean and healthy diet.
This pilates video is paired with a different video each day to help you burn fat, tone the muscles, and build flexibility. Its all about making that one commitment to yourself. To dedicate 30-45 minutes each day to you. To breathe, to stretch, to challenge the body to new levels which with time will only bring amazing results, strength, and energy to your everyday life.
