Welcome Yogis! This is a fast paced Intermediate/Advanced Power Yoga class geared for students who are familiar with Sun Salutations and arm balances. We will be going through several Vinyasas and exploring Warriors, Flying Pigeon and Eka Pada Koundinyasana II. No props needed! Enjoy :)
