Students ask me all the time if Kundalini yoga is safe or makes sense to do before sleep. Truth: Kundalini yoga isn’t actually about raising energy, but rather circulating it. So done in the right way, it can absolutely enhance your ability to rest, clear your electromagnetic field, and release stuck energy and subconscious blocks that build up over the course of the day. This beginner-friendly kriya is full of juicy stretches and guided breathing exercises, making it a wonderful addition to your evening routine. Take 30 minutes to unwind!
