About This Class

This 20 minute deep stretch yoga flow was created for anyone who needs a reset, ground, and an extra boost of energy! The stretches in this short, but healing yoga sequence, can not only help you find a deep healing stretch, but can even help with pains you may be experiencing throughout the lower back, mid back, upper back, shoulders, legs, lower body, and more. When you can couple this sort of deep stretch routine, with a nice weight training program, or cardio session, this can really turn into a fulfilling workout that you can easily practice from home. Then, when you can also throw in the breath work, movements, and safe full body poses that yoga introduces, this 20 minute total body yoga flow can turn this workout into an entirely new experience.
