Welcome to this quick, 10-minute morning flow— we're going to get a bit of workout in! This class is designed to spark strength and energy into your day with toning poses, twists, and deep stretches.
We are really going to engage our core right from the start (I'll show you how to do this in the cat/ cow pose!) and continue engaging our shoulders as well. We're going to lean into some juicy side body stretches, followed by a nice lunge twist. You are encouraged to let your breath guide you and experiment with going deeper here, but I will show modifications for all levels of flexibility! Later on, we'll go into reverse tabletop which is one of my favorite arm sculpting exercises. After the work we've already done at this point in all fours and plank, you should start feeling your triceps waking up right away! We'll end with a little bit more core work and finally relax into a soothing, well-deserved twisty hip stretch (feel free to stay here as long as your body needs!)
