Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Balance (Firefly) is a 40 Minute Workout with Firefly (Titibasana) and other arm balances for an intermediate to advanced class. Thank you to Nanosplanet and The Light Wizard (look for them on Instagram) for requesting Titibasana (firefly) and Mayerasana (peacock). Mitchell Smith also requested "crazy transitions." I did a couple that I think are on the crazy side...although I'd need to practice more to put in additional ones. :-) As always, please pay attention to how your body feels as you move through this practice. Rest whenever you would like to. Push the pause button to rest or to try poses several times. Remember...this is your practice! Make it fun for you. The quote is about staying in the moment:

The Power of Now is an excellent book that I highly recommend. Remember that any fear we experience is usually in the future and any anger or resentment we feel is usually from something that happened in the past (even if it's very recent past). When we can stay in the present moment, or the Now, we experience peace. Yoga helps us to stay in the Now.
