Hey yogis, I'm happy to bring you another morning rise & shine yoga flow to help you stretch out tired and achy muscles and prepare for the day ahead! This is a wonderful sequence to help you increase flexibility and stretch your body from head to toe. We'll add in a bit of strength as well for a boost of energy.
No props required! This is a beginner-friendly 10 minute morning yoga class.
