This short yoga stretch was designed to help strengthen and stretch our lower back, mid back, and upper back areas which can get rid of back pain, lower back pain, sciatica pain, and shoulder pain you may be experiencing. Yoga is often sought after when looking to help alleviate pain, tension, or tightness in many places of the body, with the back being a specific targeted area that have been giving people problems for centuries. These safe to do at home stretches can really make the difference in our back health, and offer a back strengthening workout that can be used in combination with a short cardio session, strength training workout, or just as a stand alone exercise routine. Join us as certified yoga instructor Echo Widmer guides us through this quick, total body daily stretch workout.
